Came out on a Saturday to install a new starter on my Delorean. Great communication, on time and did a superb job on the install. Also pointed out a few other things he noticed while under the car.
Josh was great, very fast. I got stuck at work and couldn’t get a tow. My starter was broken and needed to be replaced, he did it within 45 minutes and communicated really well!
I got ahold of Joshua a week before my trip to the Grand Canyon in need of a new radiator. He was quick and easy to communicate with. We set up a very convenient time and date to complete the work. Prices are fair.
He showed up on time, even on December 31st when most places are closed. He showed me the part prices, labels, and what he was doing step by step. He was patient, informative, and didn’t rush me.
I had my terminal completely eroded and break off on my battery. He responded to my text right away and came out within an hour. He made quick work of what would have taken me days to do on my own.
Straight answers
A family from Tucson had their car die on the way up to Phoenix. By the time I got the call, everyone was sure the alternator was gone. What I found was two loose wires. I tightened them, and the initial trip charge covered it. If it’s two loose wires, that’s what you’ll hear from me: I fix what’s broken, not what pays best.
Joshua not only found the problem, two loose wires to the alternator and battery. Proving he is an honest individual. I was sure there would be another charge above the initial trip charge but he said the initial charge covered it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC!!!
